Consulting

Our consulting services range from the planning to the start-up of silicon production factories and related production equipment for polysilicon, multi-crystalline ingots and wafering.

Engineering

We supply engineering services for the construction of silicon factories, including trichlorosilane synthesis and distillation to the highest levels of purity, deposition and vent gas recovery, multi-crystallization and wafering. We use quality systems that meet the highest requirements and stringent environmental regulations.

Production equipment

We develop, supply and install production equipment including research and training CVD reactors, CVD reactors and STC-TCS converters for industrial silicon manufacturing, vent gas recovery units and multi crystalline furnaces. All of our products are distinguished by low process energy consumption and high production capacity.

We use a CVD reactor and STC-TCS converter as a test and development system for silicon production at our technical center in our headquarters in Blaubeuren. Processes are simulated and developed here. The system is also available to our customers for training and demonstration purposes.
